MS BIANCA VENTER

Mrs. Venter qualified in Graphic design and Web Design before winning multiple awards in the art and design field. Having worked for 'The Guardian' producing interactive learning modules for white board application in the UK and heading up design teams as lead illustrator, she chose to move into the educational arena and has developed a variety of educational gaming and learning software. In her leisure she continues to practice fine art with her focus lying in anatomy and portraiture. Mrs. Venter has the unique ability of transforming absolute novice students with little or no computer experience into young budding computer designers.

MS CHRISANNE LOBO

Perfection and insanity, that is what she brings to SDC Milan. With a very varied background and a Masters in Fashion Styling from the renowned Istituto Marangoni and a Bachelors in Fashion Design from FIT, Chrisanne knows the in's and out's in the fashion world. Working on a vast range of projects as an International officer and photo-editor, the role in the Fashion and Photography Departments seem to go hand in hand, creating new opportunities for students to develop their skills, working contemporarily and trying to understand the market requisites. Having worked with Elle magazine, and following a stint with Vanity Fair, her love for teaching and the combination of young energy motivates her students to be the best in their own fields. Learning is a continual process and in teaching she has learnt more, is her philosophy.

"Every artist was first an amateur" - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Dedication, perseverance...and the uncanny sense of irony, can sometimes just be the key.
